 A Horizon specializes in civil engineering and soil science projects.  The main focus is on soil evaluations and septic designs for residential and commercial septic systems.  We also have experience in residential and commercial site development, roadway upgrade design, roadway slip repair design.  Please inquire if you have a specific need not mentioned. 

 This will vary based on the individual site complications and could depend on response time from reviewing agencies.  Our goal is to be able to supply soil evaluation reports within a week of the site visit, and septic designs within two weeks of the site visit. 

 We try to focus on the Eastern half of Ohio, however we have the ability to conduct evaluations across the entire state.  Please inquire by phone or the contact us feature to get a price and timeframe quote. 

 Yes, we have a soil scientist registered in the state of Indiana.  This meets Ohio Revised Code OAC 3701-29-05 (A)(3)'s condition to conduct soil evaluations in the State of Ohio for the sewage treatment system program.
